What we collect

When you request a quote or make a reservation we collect your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and drop-off details, travel dates, flight number where provided, passenger and luggage counts, and any notes you choose to share with your chauffeur.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Card payments are processed by our payment provider.

Why we process it

To prepare quotes, fulfil reservations, assign chauffeurs and vehicles, contact you about your journey, issue invoices, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Where you have consented, we may also send occasional service updates.

Who we share it with

Only with the chauffeur assigned to your journey, our accounting provider, and where legally required. We never sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are retained for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. Write to us at office@mato.bg and we will respond within one month.

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
