Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us containing the vehicle class, pickup time and agreed fare. Requests submitted through this website are quotations until confirmed.

2. Fares

Quoted fares are fixed and all-inclusive of the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, road taxes, parking, meet and greet and the waiting time stated below. Additional stops, route changes, extra hours or waiting beyond the included allowance requested on the day are charged at the applicable class rate.

3. Waiting time

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Thereafter waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate of the assigned vehicle class.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the pickup time are free of charge. Within 12 hours, 50% of the fare is payable. Cancellations after the chauffeur has been dispatched, or a no-show at the agreed pickup point, are charged in full.

5. Payment

We accept credit and debit card, bank transfer and cash. Account clients are invoiced monthly on agreed terms. VAT invoices are issued in accordance with Bulgarian law.

6. Passengers and luggage

Passenger and luggage capacities stated for each vehicle class are maximums and may not be exceeded for safety and legal reasons. Child seats must be requested at the time of booking and are provided free of charge. Please declare oversized items such as ski or golf equipment when booking.

7. Conduct and liability

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle interior. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected journey except where Bulgarian law provides otherwise. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road closures and flight cancellations.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Questions should be addressed to MATO EOOD at office@mato.bg.
