Planning Wedding Transport: A Chauffeur's Checklist

Wedding transport fails for one of two reasons: an unrealistic schedule, or too few vehicles. Both are solved weeks in advance, not on the day.

Start with the ceremony time and work backwards, allowing a buffer for photographs, dressing and the inevitable delay in leaving the house. We build the timeline with you and hold it.

The couple's car is normally a First Class Limo, valeted and inspected the morning of the wedding. Guest movements are typically handled by Business Class Vans running in shifts between hotel, ceremony and reception.

Tell us where photographs are planned. Chauffeurs can position vehicles as part of the scene rather than parking out of frame.

Finally, nominate one contact for the day — usually a planner or a family member rather than the couple. Our chauffeurs coordinate with that single number so nobody is answering logistics questions in a wedding dress.
